- check the number of passes before the shot on goal
- how many touches of the ball do most of the players do before making a pass?
- how do players make these big runs into open spaces (switching the field)?
- Note how the ball goes to the  player that is better positioned to score, and it is not comrpromised (no 50/50 balls!)

RM vs Barcelona 09
- note how players use their hands, yes! their hands to control the action
- pay attention to the passes to the open spaces (taking advantage of players coming from behind)
- note how the players continue to get rid of the ball fast, and with precision

Chelsea vs Liverpool 09
- note the passing behind the defenders
- follow through all the balls
- goalies are taken by surprise by shots taken when the wall is still being set, or the players are making runs towards the goal
- note the passing inside the penalty areas (players still looking for the best positioned attacker)

Boca Juniors vs River Plate
- note how in South America the same ideas hold true
- a lot of passing
- passes behind the defense
- use of hands to defend position and ball
- follow through until the ball is either out or in the goalie's hand
- communication is a constant in all these examples
